Job Description: the position is in charge of:

•    Develop business and sales of Overseas Study Link (OSL) by 03 main channels: Agent to Agents, Referals and Sub-agents.
•    Look for other channels in order to develop OSL business and sales.
•    Participate in organizing OSL activities and support marketing.

1. Provide academic admin support to project Academic Leader and management team
2. Involve in and support quality management activities for training programs at schools
3. Provide support about customer care before, during and after sales
4. Research market and update competitors' products and policies
5. Develop and maintain good relationship with partner schools

•    Counseling/ consulting/ selling English courses
•    Database system, customers’ needs analysis
•    Public events (English Club, orientation/ farewell)
•    Marketing ideas (with Marketing Dept. and others related Dept.)
•    New courses ideas, products features, after-sales services

Job Description: the position is in charge of

•    Operation of Resource Center (bookworms, library for both teacher & RC)
•    Material sector (including purchase & payments settling )
•    Controlling stationery and making monthly request for the department
•    Updating test system (test papers, tapes etc.)
•    Assisting in preparing Register for covering & taking over classes  
•    Working as a Student Consultant where and when necessary
•    Listing excursion
